Fiona Alice’s Fog Harbour cowl is a beautiful example of line, color, and unconventional technique. Knitted in two colors of merino/mohair Ibis, the vertical stripes are worked in intarsia using individual strands of yarn in one color, against a background of garter stitch in the other.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:
27" [68.5 cm] circumference and 12" [30.5 cm] deep

YARN:
Ibis / 2 skeins abilene 602 / 1 skein longhorn 602
Note: Loop does not currently stock this yarn but other chunky weights can be substituted. 

NEEDLES:
24” circular in US size 11 [8 mm]

GAUGE:
10 sts and 20 rnds = 4” [10 cm] in garter stitch, after blocking
