We're unbelievably honoured to be hosting Aitor Saraiba from Spain, with Tomomi Mimura ( mimstermade) of Japan at Loop for a week of workshops and other wonderful events! Workshops will be taught both together (how incredible!) and on their own, all taking place at the very beautiful and historic Crafts Council, very close to Loop. The whole experience should be very special. They will also be painting and designing our window, and have a lovely meet + greet event. A whole week of joy coming this May!
We're welcoming our newest yarn in the shop; Hedgehog Fibres from Ireland! We have their Sock yarn and wonderful Tweedy! We have a wonderful kit of the super popular Sophie Scarf using the Tweedy yarn. The colours are swoon-worthy.
We have some new colours of lovely Fluffy Lace from Zakami and have just been restocked with Qing Veranita. and the very beautiful Gepard Kumula cashmere. All of these are perfect for a one-skein super soft and pretty Sophie Scarf.
All three of our fundraisers for the Holiday Season have now closed, and a lot of money has been donated to our two charities!
Thank you so much to anyone who bought from our fabulous Sample Sale - we raised £1,853! Our raffle prize bundles from our 20th anniversary collection raised £5,099!
We matched the funds raised by these, adding £6,952 to the pot. And our fundraiser on IG raised £960. This allowed us to donated £14,865, split between both MAP (Medical Aid Palestine) and The Trussel Trust Food Banks here in the UK. Fantastic! Heartfelt thanks to everyone.
