Last open day before Christmas:
Sunday, December 21st
Open 11-5:30pm
Closed: December 22-26th
Open the weekend between Christmas and New Year: December 27th+28th. Normal hours.
Closed: December 29th - January 2nd
From Saturday, January 3rd normal hours resume
Our normal opening hours are:
Monday & Tuesday CLOSED
Wednesday-Saturday 11:30-5:30 pm
Sunday noon-5pm
For local pickup: 11:30-5:00pm Wednesday through Sunday
Just a reminder that our shop in London is cashless. We accept debit, credit and contactless cards as well as apple pay.
If you have chosen the Click and Collect method at checkout, please wait until you receive a dispatch email from us which tells you your order is ready to be collected. Once you've been notified that your order is ready, you can pick up your order from 11:30-5:00pm Wednesday through Sunday.
We offer a 10% discount in support of the NHS for all NHS workers with a current ID. In store only.
We also offer a 10% discount to students with a valid student ID.
Our Policy on Dogs in the Shop
To keep the shop comfortable and safe for everyone — and to protect our products — we ask that dogs are not brought inside.
Registered guide dogs are, of course, always welcome.
