Following on from our beautiful Spruce Cardigan designed By Ella Austin, we introduce you to our Spruce hat!
Knit in wonderful Semilla DK, an organic wool in a great range of colours, this hat can be knit in three different sizes going from child through to adult and can suit any gender.
Any of the sizes takes just one ball of each colour.

Finished circumference: 46 (52, 58)cm / 18 (201?2, 23)in – to be worn with 3-4cm / 11?4-11?2in negative ease Height: 21 (22, 23)cm / 81?4 (83?4, 9)in
YARN
BC Garn Semilla DK (DK/light worsted weight; 100% organic wool; 160m/175yds per 50g ball)
Yarn A: Light Grey (ob101); 1 (1, 1) ball
Yarn B: Turquoise (ob111); 1 (1, 1) ball
NEEDLES & NOTIONS
3.75mm (UK 9/US 5) knitting needles suitable for working small circumferences in the round. Either DPNs or a 40cm circular (16")

TENSION
24 sts and 30 rows to 10cm (4in) over stranded colourwork pattern on 3.75mm needles after blocking. Take time to check your tension and adjust the needle size as necessary to ensure an accurate finish.
