Daughter of a Shepherd - Brume 4 Ply
Daughter of a Shepherd's misty, silvery version of the original Hebridean and Zwartbles Heritage yarn includes a quarter of naturally white Exmoor Blueface fleece to enhance silver tones found in the Hebridean, creating a natural shade with lots of movement. The soft handle produces a fabric with bounce and you will be pleased to know this new addition retains the original (and famous) signature scent of the fields, flock and new lambs in straw-filled barns.
Spun in Devon by John Arbon Textiles, the Grade 1, fine Hebridean fleece comes from a 2019 clip sourced in the North of England having an excellent staple length for yarn with lustre and a soft halo. The Zwartbles and Exmoor Blueface fibres are sourced locally to the mill in Devon.
Patterns created for Heritage 4ply are interchangeable with Brume 4ply.
