PP - Lady Jane
‘Lady Jane’ shawl is very feminine and delicate.
It features garter stitch body with wide lace border and and finished off with crochet edging.
It is knitted from the top-down in one piece in fingering weight yarn Elysium, an exquisite mix of 50%Swiss Mulberry Silk and 50% Finest Merino and hand dyed. Sample shown in ‘Rocky Crag’ taupe-grey.
The size shown: 177cm/69” wingspan and 49-50cm/19.5” depth along center back. It can easily be adjusted, directions how to do it are given.
The pattern is written and lace motif is also charted.
‘Lady Jane’ can also be knitted in lace weight yarn (shown in blue (Damselfly) in Wild Mothwing Lace Pure Swiss Tussah Silk. Simply follow the pattern as written. The sample shown with the same number of cast on stitches has the same wingspan and the depth is 24.5”.
