Mrs Moon Two Colour Moss Stitch Scarf
Super simple, but a little bit complicated to describe and explain!
The way it is made means that you almost get a woven-like fabric – almost not knitting at all! It is worked using the ‘double knitting’ technique. Usually used in a rib to give completely reversed stitches on the two sides of your work, here it has been done in moss (seed) stitch to create really distinct stitch shapes and textures. The scarf is reversible too which I think is a must for any scarf really. The scarf has been worked using two separate contrast colours, you could of course use the same contrast throughout in which case you’ll need 2 skeins of the contrast.
You will need:
Mrs Moon Plump: 2 x Main colour MC (show in Crčme Caramel), 1 x Contrast colour 1 CC1 (shown in Fondant Fancy), 1 x Contrast colour 2 CC2 (shown in Marshmallow)
10mm needles (or 12mm if you’d like a less structured scarf)
