PetiteKnit - Classic Smocking Cardigan
The Classic Smocking Cardigan is worked bottom-up. At the top, short rows are worked to shape the neck opening. The body is worked back and forth while the sleeves are knit in the round on double pointed needles or with the magic loop method.
