mYak Baby Yak Medium
New colours have just arrived!
mYak yarns are uniquely soft, warm, lightweight, and strong.
This yarn is spun in Italy from the soft undercoat of baby yaks, which is sourced directly from cooperatives of nomadic herders in Tibet.

The Hellebore Bandana ,designed by Soraya García is a super cute kerchief using two colours with a linen stitch trim in in the contrast colour.
A worsted-weight yarn for fashion with a purpose. Three gently-twisted plies create a bouncy yarn that's a dream to work with. The journey of this fiber begins in Tibet, where baby yak down is harvested by hand, combing the undercoat for short, precious fibers. Off to the finest woolen mills in Italy to be softly spun into plies by expert craftsmen. Hats, scarves or garments will sing in this—warmer than sheep's wool, and as soft as cashmere, this exquisite 100% baby yak is hard-wearing, luxurious and ethically sourced—even organic!
Working hard to preserve the natural properties of the fiber, mYak (pronounced My-yak) skips all decoloring and chemical processes, guaranteeing an excellent quality product that respects the environment and the fiber itself. A soothing set of earthy heathers mixed with saturated jewel tones and rich, dark neutrals
