I am visiting from another country - does anyone speak another language at Loop?
Yes! Our staff are multilingual and, depending on the day of the week, we have staff that speak various languages: Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish. Get in touch with us if you need some help so we can make sure there is someone available to help you.
The item I want is out of stock... Will it be in the London shop?
All the stock from the online shop is the same at the London shop so if an item says 'Out Of Stock', we will not have it at Loop in London either.
Can I order it?
Feel free to either email us or call the shop (020 7288 1160) to let us know you are waiting for an item to come back into stock. We can give you an estimate of when it should be delivered and take your details so we can give you a call or email you when it is back in stock. You can also enter your email address on the website product page of the item you would like, for a stock notification email.
Do you ship to...?
Loop posts parcels all over the world. We send UK parcels by First Class ‘Tracked’ and international deliveries are sent by International ‘Tracked’. This is so we can track all parcels leaving the shop. All parcels go by Royal Mail. We also provide the option of using DHL for International orders.
How much will postage cost?
Postage fees are based on weight and size of each parcel. When you order from the online shop it takes off VAT, if appropriate, and adds on delivery charges based on where it is going. You are shown a breakdown of all fees before you click the ‘confirm order’ button.
Are items returnable?
Loop is happy to take back items bought in the shop, if they are in perfect condition, for an exchange or shop credit. Online orders may have a full refund but please email the shop to let us know why it is being returned and make sure to add all of your contact details with the returned parcel. See our returns policy for more information. Please note that printed items, such as patterns, books and magazines, are not returnable.
A class I would like to take is sold out, or is not listed on the website
If a class is sold out or not available at any time and you are interested in being put on a waiting list, should a place come up or a new class be scheduled, please feel free to ring the shop or email us to let us know. We'll be happy to take your details and let you know if a place opens up or when new dates are organised.
I need to substitute a yarn...
The best way to find out what other yarns are suitable for a specific pattern is by looking at the gauge on the original pattern and the needle size. You can look for a yarn by weight - 4ply / fingering, Aran / worsted, Chunky / bulky, DK / Double Knit, Lace, Sock or Sport weight - either on our website or through google or Ravelry, to find a comparable yarn thickness that will work with your pattern.
