Originally a Canadian-owned company, Valdani threads are produced and hand-dyed in small batches in Romania, where skilled artisans oversee the process from start to finish. This close control over production gives each skein its depth, subtle colour shifts, and distinctive character—qualities that set them apart from mass-produced threads. Colourfast and thoughtfully made, they bring a sense of craftsmanship and individuality to every project.
