Loop - Brown Eyed Susan
One of Loop's most popular patterns is now available as a single pattern!
Brown-Eyed Susan is a crescent-shaped shawl with petal pleats at the bottom edge. It can be buttoned at the front, wrapped and tied at the back or draped around your neck. Brown-Eyed Susan can be made in as many or few colours as you choose. It can be knit in one solid colour, striped with a matching or contrast petal pleat border, or given a ‘brown eye’ by knitting the first twenty-three rows in a solid colour. Try working one of the stripes in a semi-solid and using leftover sock yarns for the alternating stripes.
Size: S (L); both sizes can be worked in a 4ply/fingering weight yarn or DK weight yarn
