Diary of Calm Stitching Workshop with Aitor Saraiba
Aitor's Diary of Calm Journal workshop helps you slow down, reduce creative pressure, and build a gentle daily stitching practice. The workshop is divided into manageable sections, making it easy to return to your work regularly without feeling overwhelmed, while exploring a range of techniques and creative approaches along the way.
Each section offers a focused moment of creativity, encouraging you to trust your intuition, experiment with stitches, textures, and materials, and enjoy the calming rhythm of making. There’s no rush and no expectation to finish quickly — just space to create, reflect, and reconnect with your creativity at your own pace.
Designed to support mindfulness and creative wellbeing, the calm journal stitching allows creativity to unfold naturally, helping you create something personal and meaningful, one calm, satisfying day at a time.
Your booking includes a Diary of Calm Kit to use during the workshop, providing everything you need to dive straight into the creative process.
