We’re thrilled and honoured to welcome Aitor Saraiba from Madrid for a special visit this February! His workshops are a rare opportunity you won’t want to miss.

Join Aitor’s stitching workshop, where you’ll enjoy a relaxed environment to explore your creativity. As part of this experience, you'll receive a specially designed Stitching Kit, created by Aitor Saraiba. This kit includes a beautiful linen fabric, made in Spain, featuring 30 steps to guide you in crafting your personalised journal.

During the workshop, you'll sew not only with cotton thread but also with hand-dyed threads made from wool sourced from Aitor's own flock. While all necessary materials are provided, you're encouraged to bring personal items—such as a cherished button, a favourite fabric piece, or a small charm—that hold special meaning for you. These personal touches will find their place in your stitched piece, making it truly unique.

The kit includes:

  • Linen fabric featuring Aitor Saraiba's exclusive design (35x57cm).
  • A unique set of fabrics with special prints and threads.
  • Step-by-step instructions.
  • A full-colour photo printed on heavyweight paper for inspiration.

Explore our Minä Perhonen section for fabric swatch packs and browse our Sajou or Cohana sections for a wide selection of embroidery tools and threads.

Workshop will take place on 22nd of February with a morning or afternoon class and will be held next door at Frequency Coffee.

Maximum of 9 students. Price includes the kit and materials.

Morning Class : 10:30 - 2pm  (3.5 hours)

Afternoon Class : 2:30 - 6:00pm (3.5 hours)

Please arrive at Loop a few minutes early, and we’ll walk you over to Frequency, where you can settle in and enjoy a complimentary coffee before we begin.
