Daruma Sashiko Cloth

Daruma Sashiko Cloth is 100% cotton fabric with a grid line printed with dissolveable ink.  The grid lines are used as a guide when stitching. The print will disappear after a few washes. Each cloth is made of 100% cotton. 

The grid allows you to work in sections of 5, 10 or 100mm. You can also cut the fabric into smaller pieces to stitch.

Makes a wonderful sampler as a finished work of art or can be used as a cloth in the home or as a beautiful way to wrap a gift. 

We have some perfect sashiko needles for stitching both in long and short sizes. And the clover adjustable ring thimble is perfect for stitching with long needles.

Once finished with Sashiko stitching, the cloth can be used as something practical like a furoshiki-style wrapping cloth or it can simply be hung on the wall as an artwork. 

Basic Sashiko instructions for four sampler patterns are included in the package.
