Shipping policy

For a delivery address in the UK, we use Royal Mail tracked 48 delivery. Provided the goods are in stock, customers can expect delivery in 3-4 working days.

Orders sent to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man are charged at our usual UK rates, but Royal Mail Tracked 48 is not guaranteed within 2–3 working days. Delivery may take longer due to different service times and customs handling.

If the delivery address is outside the UK, we use the UK’s Royal Mail International Tracked service.  If in stock, goods will be despatched within 2 to 3 working days. You will be able to track your parcel through to delivery point with Royal Mail Track and Trace

We also offer DHL Express to International destinations for 1-2 day shipping to most destinations in Europe, USA and Canada.  The rest of the world can take a little longer, usually 3-4 days. Please keep in mind to account for processing time for your order  (at least 24 hours Monday - Friday)

We reserve the right to withhold delivery to any particular place or location at our sole discretion.

The risk in delivery of the goods passes to you on the commencement of supply or transportation to you or, where you will not accept supply on the date of delivery, to temporary storage arranged by us or the postal / courier service making the delivery.

In the case of orders made by customers resident outside the European Union (EU) and delivering to an address outside the EU, then VAT will be removed from the cost of goods. For all other orders, prices include VAT as required by UK law. The cost of carriage is inclusive of VAT irrespective of the address of the customer or the delivery address.

Important Information for EU Customers

VAT is collected at checkout on all EU orders under €150 — there are no VAT surprises on delivery, wherever you're shipping to.

We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to some EU countries : Austria,Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus,Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia,Luxembourg (under €150 euros only) Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden. For these countries, customs duties are also collected at checkout, even on orders over €150 — so there's nothing more to pay on delivery.

For all other EU countries, orders over €150 will have VAT and customs duties collected by your carrier on delivery. Orders under €150 have VAT collected at checkout, but customs duties or parcel fees may still apply on delivery.

New from 1 July 2026: all EU countries have introduced a parcel/handling fee on imports from outside the EU. For our nine DDP countries, this is covered as part of our DDP service — there's nothing extra to pay. For other EU countries, this fee is collected by your carrier and may vary by amount and method depending on your country (for example, Italy applies an additional national fee). We'll update this page as more detail becomes available.

VAT in Norway

Loop is registered in Norway under the VOEC (VAT on E-commerce) scheme. For purchases made in Norway, any single item priced under 3000 NOK (approximately £211) will have tax applied at checkout rather than upon delivery. This 3000 NOK limit applies to individual items, not the total order value. Please be aware that parcels shipped from the UK may still incur customs and handling fees, depending on the policies and practices of your country's authorities.

Customs & Duty
Customers outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees on your purchase once it arrives in the destination country. Please note we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more detailed information.

Shipping to EFTA Countries (Iceland and Liechtenstein)
Deliveries to EFTA countries will remain the same with parcels sent with tracked Royal Mail shipping and VAT excluded on orders. Orders will be subject to import duties and additional fees on arrival. One exception is Switzerland which is included in our Royal Mail DDP service with all duties and VAT paid at checkout.

Shipping to USA

From 1st September 2025, we’re introducing a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service to make shipping to the USA simpler. Any customs duties and tariffs — set by the US government — will be calculated at checkout and shown as a separate line, so you’ll see the full cost before you pay. No surprise courier bills, just a smoother and faster journey through customs.

Why the change? The US has removed the “de minimis” exemption for low-value shipments from the UK, which means even smaller orders may now be charged tariffs. These fees are determined by US customs, not by us, and the exact amount depends on both the type of product and its country of origin (where it was manufactured), not the country it was shipped from. With DDP, everything is clear upfront, so your order arrives without extra hassle.
