Aimée will be with us during the evening of Friday, April 28th, and Saturday, April 29th, with a trunk show of gorgeous samples from her new book 'Neons and Neutrals', along with Jonna Hietala of Laine Publishing, and other guests!

Friday evening, April 28th: 6:30-8pm
A special evening with Aimée of La Bien Aimee, joined by Jonna Hietala of Laine Publishing, and perhaps some other special guests for a lovely and intimate KnitNight and Chat. Layla Qing of Qing Fibres will be joining us as well! There will be some drinks and nibbles. This should be a really lovely evening where you'll get a chance to chat with Aimee, hear how she began La Bien Aimee, and just relax and knit or crochet. Places will be limited.

Saturday, April 29th Join us for a memorable day at Loop with Aimée Gille of La Bien Aimée Paris, and guests, to celebrate the publication of Neons and Neutrals, a celebration of yarns, colours, and textures.

We'll be fully stocked with loads of beautiful La Bien Aimée yarns as well as kits like our LBA Cashmerino Tiny Tassels, On the Spice Market, and the Uptown Shawl.

We’ll also have copies of Aimée's book "Neons and Neutrals" if you don't have one already.

'Neons and Neutrals' book day events:

10.00- 11:30 am: A mini exclusive early shopping time. This is a ticketed visit to Loop, before the shop opens on Saturday for a quieter time to shop, see the samples from the book, and meet Aimee and Jonna. Our shop opens at 11:30, so only those with a ticket during this hour and a half will be at Loop with Aimée. We'll have some French pastries and fresh juice as well as a gift of a special bag to mark the day! Lovely Julie Arkell will be joining us to serve up the patisserie! 💕

There will be a lovely gift to attendees of the ticketed morning entry of a special bag to mark the occasion of La Bien Aimée, Laine Publishing, and Loop being together again! This drawstring project bag will also be on sale after the event.

This is open to all as the shop will be open as usual.

Aimée will be with us from 2-5pm, to show you all of the beautiful samples from the book, sign books, help with yarn and colour ideas, and simply say hello. Jonna of Laine Publishing as well as some other special guests might be joining us as well!

We are so looking forward to seeing everyone, and if you plan to spend the day, you'll love our neighbourhood ; there will be plenty to see and do! Islington, and particularly Camden Passage have wonderful independent cafes and shops.

Please note, for the safety of our staff and our customers, we will be limiting the number of people in the shop at any one time during the day and ask that you are mindful of those that might be waiting. Thanks so much for understanding. We want everyone to have a chance to say hi and enjoy themselves. If the shop gets too busy, we will operate a one out-one in policy so the shop does not feel too crowded.

There are no refunds on the event tickets.
