Back when we had a shop, many moons ago, at least once a week someone would come in asking for a basic tank top pattern. I’ve only just taken the hint (sorry about that!) but to make up for my tardiness I’ve given you three (yes three) versions here! I’ve given instructions for knitting flat and in the round. I’ve knitted mine in the round, mainly because I find sewing up very boring and I’m not overly good at it… feel free to do either (you can only knit in the round up to the armhole anyway. There is an optional roll neck for all three designs (see image at the end).
