Loop+ Atsumi Embroidery Kit of Nature Motifs
Made exclusively for Loop, this kit brings one of Atsumi’s designs from An Embroidered Book of Natural History Motifs off the page and into your hands. Atsumi’s work reads like a naturalist’s sketchbook: plants, insects and creatures rendered in fine, careful stitches, each one studied closely and drawn with thread.
This kit features a series of botanical and natural history based drawings, with a special colour palette selected embroidery threads chosen to match Atsumi’s original palette. ototoito have put together everything you need, so you can sit down and start.
The design usesa variety of embroidery stitches and would suit beginners with a little patience as well as stitchers with some experience, and the finished piece can be framed in the hoop, mounted, or worked onto a bag, a garment or just a beautifully framed piece of textile art once you’re confident with the design.
