Bella Blocking - Sweater Kit

Introducing the Bella Blocking Sweater Kit, featuring the stunning design of Anne Ventzel and our own hand-picked yarn from Indie Dyer Uncommon Thread in Brighton. This kit includes the incredibly soft and fluffy Cloud Fingering yarn, made from a luxurious blend of baby alpaca, merino wool, and pima cotton. With 400 meters/437 yards per skein, you'll only need one skein of each colour to create the first two sizes of this must-have sweater. Don't miss out on this perfect pairing of yarn and design in one of our favourite punchy Loop colour combos of Pink and Orange.

Our kit has enough yarn for the long sleeved version of the first two sizes in the pattern. If you need a size 3-7,  please add an extra skein of each colour to your order by clicking on the Uncommon Thread Cloud Fingering.  The Cloud fingering is used as a single strand per colour instead of the 4 strands held together in the pattern. This makes for a super light and fluffy sweater!

Uncommon Thread Cloud Fingering:  38% baby alpaca, 25% merino wool, 37% pima cotton

MC: Citrus Peel x 1 skein

CC: Hi- Vis Pink x 1 skein 

The sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down and has no
finishing work. You can also swap the colours around if you prefer as each colour uses about the same amount of yarn.

Please note:  We used a 4 mm needle for the body and sleeves and a 3.5mm needle for the ribbing to get the correct gauge.  Please check your gauge carefully as it will have an impact on how much yarn you use.  You can also play around with shorter sleeves or a cropped body to suit your style and save on yarn. Instructions for several versions are included in the pattern.
